01 | INQUIRE
Submit your inquiry through my booking page to provide all the details of your event. I’ll check my schedule and respond promptly!
02 | RESERVE
I will send you the contract and invoice to process your non-refundable deposit. Once both are completed, your date is reserved!
03 | DAY OF
Sit back and relax in my chair and let me enhance your beauty! Thank you for allowing me to contribute to making your special event even more memorable!
FAQ
Do you travel for makeup sessions?
Except for the bride, all makeup sessions for fewer than 2 people take place at my studio in Brussels. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
For groups of 3 or more, travel expenses are charged at 0.85 €/km.
What is the duration of a makeup session?
Plan approximately 1 hour for a makeup session at my studio or 1h15 for a session at your home. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Do you use quality products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! I only use high-quality professional products and non-comedogenic products. I test each product on myself before adding it to my kit to ensure that my clients receive only the highest quality products.
Do you offer hair styling for all bookings?
Currently, hair styling is only available for Bridal services.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
The deposit paid to reserve the date is non-refundable. However, each session allows for one reschedule.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify me within 24 hours prior to your appointment means you cannot reschedule, and no refund will be provided for your deposit.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled without a refund of your deposit.
